  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply navigate to your item(s) of choice, and select the color/size (if applicable) you want. Click the ADD TO CART button. Your items are now in your shopping cart!

Once you've added all the items you want to your cart, click on the cart icon at the very top of the page to view your cart.

Check that all the items in your cart are correct, and click CHECKOUT. You will be redirected to Checkout page where you need to enter your Shipping Details and personal information. Post that you will be on the payments selection page where you have to select your preferred mode of payment i.e. either COD (Cash on Delivery) or Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, RuPay, etc.), Net Banking, UPI payments.

Click COMPLETE ORDER to place your order. And your order will be successfully placed.

  • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description/variants. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for.

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
    Yes, you can make any changes to your order but only before the dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched, we wont be able to make any changes to the order.
    To do so, please Call or WhatsApp us on +91 8669966002 within 24 hours of placing the order.
    NOTE: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent further circumstances.
    To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

    • WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
    We accept Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, RuPay, etc.), Net Banking, UPI payments through PayTm, Google Pay, Freecharge, and other major payment providers.

     

    • YOU SAID FREE SHIPPING BUT I WAS CHARGED WITH SHIPPING COST (DISCOUNT RELATED CONCERNS)
    To avail any discounts and/or free shipping offer, kindly enter your Discount code(s) at the Discount bar during Check Out. In the event that you forgot to enter your discount code but would still want to avail it, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

    • WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
    All orders are shipped from and within India.
    We support MAKE IN INDIA.
    Hence, first we serve INDIANS.
    • HOW LONG DO I WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?
    Our handling time takes 1-3 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.
    • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You shall receive the delivery partner details and tracking link of your order through SMS and/or Email (usually within 24 hours after dispatching).
    OR You can track the status of your order directly from our website by just clicking on the Track Order option from the menu.

      • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
      The duration depends on the area conditions or situations. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 4-7 Days after the package has been shipped.
